The Highest Award of the Republic of North Ossetia “To the Glory of Ossetia” Was Presented to Zurab Tsereteli for His Monument to Victims of Beslan On July 6, 2010 the Plenipotentiary of the Republic of North Ossetia under the Russian President Alexander Totoonov presented the highest award of the Republic of North Ossesia-Alania - “To the Glory of Ossetia” to the President of the Russian Academy of Arts Zurab Tsereteli for his monument to victims of Beslan. The monument was unveiled on June 1, 2010 in the downtown of Moscow in front of the Church of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin at Kulishki, 5/2 Solyanka street.

Zurab Tsereteli Took Part in the 10th Annual Meeting of UNESCO Goodwill Ambassadors The UNESCO Goodwill Ambassador Zurab Tsereteli participated in the 10th Annual Meeting of UNESCO Goodwill Ambassadors that took place in the UNESCO Headquarters in Paris on June 24, 2010.
