On March 24, 2009 at the session of the Russian Academy of Arts,  Zurab Tsereteli presented attributes of an Honorary Member of the Russian Academy of Arts to  the Chinese Artist Zhou Zhihui and Prof. Victor Shkarovsky, Director of the Central House of Scientists.
