On July 16, 2008 in Gallery Exhibition Center Izhevsk, capital of Udmurtia, will be held a meeting with Zurab Tsereteli, President of the Russian Academy of Arts, People’s Artist of USSR and Russian Federation, UNESCO Goodwill Ambassador.

At the meeting, the golden medal of the Russian Academy of Arts will be presented to Alexander Volkov, President of Udmurtia.  Several noted figures of Izhevsk will receive diplomas of gratitude for their outstanding contribution to the development of culture in the region.
