On the threshold of the 1000th anniversary of Yaroslavl the Russian Academy of Arts presents a display “Traditions of the Prominent School”. Continuing the best traditions of traveling exhibitions, the Russian Academy of Arts has already implemented a big series of exhibition projects in association with regional museums and artists’ unions.

On show in Yaroslavl will be works by President of the Russian Academy of Arts Zurab Tsereteli, by academicians Tair Salakhov, Anatoly Bichukov, Alexander Burganov, Eugene Maximov, Nikolai Mukhin, Tatyana Nazarenko, Konstantin Petrov, Eugene Romashko,  Dmitry Sanjiev, Valery Maloletkov and the Yaroslavl artists-holders of titles and awards of the Russian Academy of Arts: Fedor Novotelnov, Elena Mukhina, Alexander Karikh, Yuri Zharkov and others.
