The President of Russia congratulated the renowned graphic artist, Vice-President of the Russian Academy of Arts, People’s Artist of Russia Lev Shepelev on his 75th jubilee. The greeting message, in particular, runs:

“A talented artist, recognized master of graphic art, you have created many works, that are in collections of major museums of Russia. Well-known is a series of your cityscapes. It is good, that today you are involved in educational projects and share the secrets of professional skills with young people. I would like to wish you health, inspiration and all the best”.
