Their striving to bring their work to perfection, focusing on details, along with architect’s vision of the world and interest in using computer possibilities in art have resulted in their digital artworks that they started to produce since the late 1990s. The visual art is rapidly developing, there appeared VR and AR technologies, bearers of high resolution images and sufficient size, which can be combined with vast possibilities of digital cinema, computer graphics, interactive mode.
The recognized master of art dolls Alexandra Khudyakova is a graduate of the Design Department of S. Stroganov Moscow State Academy for Arts and Industry. Using various materials such as cernit, puppen-fimo, Flumo she appreciates porcelain as the most precious one. The artist is constantly experimenting in technologies and was one of the first artists who started to produce hinge dolls and use metallized porcelain for dolls production. The effect of the mirror metallization makes a doll similar to sculpture. Alexandra Khudyakova says: “The art of author’s dolls is a synthetic art and not only in terms of combination of different materials, techniques and crafts, but also it is a kind of game with styles. Everything that is able to implement the image conceived by the artist is used without regard to the generally accepted framework and rules”. The exhibition features the artist’s works of various years.
