OVERGLAZE LUSTRE PAINTING: MASTER CLASS OF THE HONORED ARTIST OF RUSSIA NINA TROITSKAYA

The Russian Academy of Arts invites you to attend a master class of the Honored Artist of Russia, leading artist of the Imperial Porcelain Factory Nina Troitskaya
that will take place in the Apple Hall of the Museum and Exhibition Center of the Russian Academy of Arts (21 Prechistenka street, Moscow )on April 10, 2019 at 15.00.

Nina Troitskaya is a porcelain artist, sculptor. In 1987 after her graduation from the Department of Ceramics and Art Glass of A. Stieglitz St. Petersburg State Academy of Arts and Industry she started working for the Imperial Porcelain Factory (former M. Lomonosov Leningrad Porcelain Factory). Nina Troitskaya is a recognized researcher of ceramic paints. She has initiated an introduction into manufacture of a rich palette of underglaze paints making it possible to depict colors of different shades: from gentle airy hints to the thick night depth.

The artist successfully experiments with such ceramic paint as lustre. Due to the discovery of its wide possibilities today it stands in the avant-garde of innovations of the Imperial Porcelain Factory.
